
To see people leave a cooking class with confidence feeling that they can cook the meal again or for them to have that a-ha moment is why I love to share my love and experience of cooking. I taught at the world-renowned Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market for 15 years where over 12,000 guests a year attended classes. I work alongside Phil Dudman, Horticultural Editor of ABC Gardening Australia magazine for the past eight years travelling the countryside with our live shows garden2kitchen. Together we have been spreading our simple message – Grow Your Food, Know Your Food, Love Your Food. I love to entertain while effectively communicating the essentials to good cooking and eating
