To see people leave a cooking class with confidence feeling that they can cook the meal again or for them to have that a-ha moment is why I love to share my love and experience of cooking. I taught at the world-renowned Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market for 15 years where over 12,000 guests a year attended classes. I work alongside Phil Dudman, Horticultural Editor of ABC Gardening Australia magazine for the past eight years travelling the countryside with our live shows garden2kitchen.
