Cooking up a storm for tv

Imagine coming home to this every day

Just came back from Sydney where I was working on a television commercial cooking and styling the food for a food brand (can’t reveal until it is aired in 2 weeks) It is a product that is used regularly in cooking…stay tuned

We shot at 2 locations, the locations were amazing. One of them was Camden Park house, built in 1832 by pastoralist John Macarthur and his sons, and still the home of the Macarthur family, (the 3 children are 8th generation), what an amazing place to grow up. John Macarthur had 5000 acres in Sydneys west, Camden, and introduced the Merino sheep to Australia. If you are in Sydney the 3rd weekend of the month, Camden Park House is worth the visit and the drive (about an hours drive from Sydney CBD without traffic).

I cooked up a risotto one day and a feast the next. The feast had BBQ Garfish wrapped in vine leaves, char grilled globe artichokes, snake bean and fennel frond salad, char grilled heirloom carrots, roast chicken with roasted beets and fennel, char grilled field and pine mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes and more.
